We focus in selling properties in all estates/districts in Singapore.

If I engage you to help me buy a property, what should I do?

Our price menu reflects the different types of service tiers to allow you to customise your buying service experience.

Full Service includes sourcing for a suitable property, to negotiation, optioning the property and arranging for your moving in. Do indicate to us if you’d need a Full service for your purchase.

For BasicService, you will need to look for the property on your own, and send us the advert link and the seller agent contact number, then we will proceed to do our job dutifully for you.

When do I pay your commission?

Payment is to be made upon your property’s selling Completion.

What does vacant possession means?

Vacant possession means that the seller will move all the movable items and the fixtures and fittings will be left behind for the new owner of the property.

If I engage you to sell my property, what can I expect from your team?

You can rely on our team of experienced property agents who will market your property professionally and diligently.
